James H. Gulseth

James H. Gulseth is a corporate and business law attorney at JGPC Business Law P.C. in Pleasanton, California.^[1][2] He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1974 after earning a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.^[1] He also holds an A.B. degree from the University of California, Berkeley.^[3]

Gulseth is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.^[3] He is a member of the Corporations, Business Transactions, Securities and Tax, and Intellectual Property Sections of the State Bar of California.^[3]
