Joshua James Price

Joshua James Price was admitted to the State Bar of California on June 2, 2009, and holds an active license under bar number 263611 ^[1]. His State Bar record lists his office at Defending Rights Law Center on Camino Del Rio South in San Diego ^[1].

Price is the founder and managing attorney of Defending Rights Law Center and a graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego ^[2]. During law school he worked in criminal defense through internships with the San Diego County Alternate Public Defender, and after taking the California bar exam he was selected for a post-bar internship with the San Diego County Public Defender ^[2]. Since 2009 he has focused his practice on DUI and DMV defense, and his firm reports more than 2,000 DUI cases defended, handling both the criminal court case and the administrative DMV license suspension proceeding that follow an arrest ^[2].
