Margaret Glahn Lodise

Margaret Glahn Lodise was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1988 and holds an active license, Bar Number 137560 ^[1]. She received her law degree from the UCLA School of Law in 1988, an LL.M. in taxation from Loyola Law School in 2002, and her bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Pomona College. Lodise is a partner at Sacks, Glazier, Franklin, Lodise, McMurtrey & Scheerer, LLP, a Los Angeles firm devoted to trust, estate, and conservatorship litigation, mediation, and appeals ^[2]. Over more than three decades she has represented beneficiaries, trustees, conservators, and institutional clients in estate, trust, and conservatorship disputes and administration, and courts have appointed her guardian ad litem in substantial matters. Before joining the firm, she was a partner with Ross, Sacks & Glazier, LLP and earlier practiced at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Lodise is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, where she serves as an Ombudsperson and Chair of the Amicus Review Committee, a former President of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, and an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School.
