Stephen Rosen

Stephen Nelson Rosen was admitted to the State Bar of California on May 20, 2014, and holds an active license (#296345) ^[1]. He earned his law degree at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, and personal injury is his State Bar self-reported practice area ^[1]. He founded Rosen Law Offices, APC, which serves South Orange County from San Clemente ^[2].

Rosen worked for more than seven years as injury defense counsel before opening a plaintiffs' practice ^[2]. The firm handles car, rideshare, bicycle, pedestrian, motorcycle, and trucking collisions, along with premises liability, burn injury, uninsured motorist, and wrongful death claims, and reports more than $50 million recovered for clients, including a $5 million premises liability settlement and a $4.19 million bicycle collision resolution following a jury verdict ^[2]. Rosen personally meets with each client and remains involved through the life of the case ^[2].

He was selected to the Super Lawyers list in 2024 ^[3].
