Susan Ann Yeck

Susan Ann Yeck is the founder of Lemon Law Associates of California, a consumer protection firm based in San Diego, California. She has been admitted to the State Bar of California since 1987 and holds active status. ^[1]

Yeck's practice is concentrated in California lemon law claims under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, covering vehicle, motorcycle, RV, and other consumer goods disputes. She has appeared in California superior and appellate courts and has filed appeals with published opinions in multiple appellate districts. ^[2]

She previously served as a court-appointed arbitrator and settlement panel member in San Diego County, and has been appointed as a Judge Pro Tem and Settlement Panel Judge for the San Diego Superior Court. Yeck earned her JD from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1987 and a BA from the University of California, Davis in 1984. ^[2]
